World Book Day 2026

Children came to school in their pyjamas for our 'Bedtime Story' theme.

We started the day with a fun book quiz.  We watched 'The World Book Day' song by MC Grammar and tried to spot as many of the books he referenced as possible.  We were impressed with the children's book knowledge as the spotted classics such as 'The Jolly Postman', 'The Tiger Who Came to Tea' as well as more recent titles like 'The Lion Inside' and 'Oi Frog'.  All houses did brilliantly, but the winners were Colmers with a brilliant 54 points!
