Oak Class Visit to Foundry Lea Housing Development

This week, Oak Class went to visit the new Foundry Lea Housing Development.  Our Geography topic for this half term is entitled ‘Our Changing Area’.  This was a fabulous learning opportunity for the children to see how their own environment is changing and what it means to them in real time.  The site team, Chris and Lucy, were really impressed with the children's questions.  We also got to see a digger and a dumper truck.  We look forward to putting our learning together in our lessons for the rest of the term.
