Netball Success

Netball Tournament

On Wednesday, a team of 10 children from Sycamore's class attended the Bridport Pyramid: Primary Netball Tournament.  They faced the cold, wind and rain but with true team spirit the team played some fantastic Netball.  We were up against 7 other schools and for novices to the game they learnt the rules and skills super quickly.  This didn't show when they were playing as they worked together well, passing the ball quickly and scoring some incredible goals.  Their efforts certainly paid off and the team finished an incredible 2nd place.  Congratulation to the Netball team, you were awesome!  Many thanks to Sophie for supporting me on the afternoon and to both Nat and Sophie for helping with some coaching.  We are super proud!!
