Christmas Tree Festival

Some children have been to Bridport United Church to decorate our Christmas Tree today.

Our theme this year is, Christmas Poet-Tree.

Seedlings have decorated a wood cookie and talked about what Christmas means to them.

Acorns have written Christmas Shape Poems.

Oak have written Christmas Acrostic poems.

Sycamore have written Christmas themed Haikus.  (A haiku is a Japanese form of poetry.  The poem has 3 lines that follow the pattern 5 syllables, 7 syllables and 5 syllables).
