Autumn 2020
Welcome to our Class 2 page.
What a great start to term we have had so far! Everyone has settled into the new routines so well-even after such a long time away from school. We are really enjoying learning in all our different learning spaces-the classroom, the outside area, the library and even the woods and Symene Field. We are so lucky!
We have started the year basing our learning around the wonderful book by Oliver Jeffers 'Here We Are:Notes for Living on Planet Earth'. It threw up lots of ideas and questions, but left us feeling like we are pretty lucky to be alive on the earth right now! After our trip to the woods the year 2's were inspired to write their own versions of the Louis Armstrong song 'What A Wonderful World' . The year 1's made a video guide to Planet Earth. So ...'Here We Are', back at school together-learning together-and it feels brilliant!
Please check this site to keep up to date with photos and information so we can share our learning with you throughout the term!
